Was planning to stay for about an hour, but ended up staying for 3 hours. Great views, relaxing and I found it calming.nFriendly staff will bring coffee and food.nPerhaps next time I would pay the extra to go to the higher floors and have the dining experience.

A very beautiful palace with a late classical European design (especially the gate and the clock tower, which are very beautiful), the main hall is the best part of the palace, which is surprisingly massive and elegant!

An incredible palace with a very interesting history. It is an exceptional experience to tour the palace and its rooms and have them tell you what happened in it during the Ottoman Empire. It is a must-visit if you are in Istanbul.
